RIOS ASSOCIATES has been successfully presenting its Intensive Medical Spanish Language and Cultural Workshops for CME credit  throughout the United States since 1983 for  Doctors, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, LPNs and Medical Personnel.   The Workshops and materials are expressly designed for the Health Care Professional.   Ríos Associate courses, unlike the majority of the Medical Spanish courses offered today, are not merely conversational Spanish with a "Medical Component" consisting of some medical terms and vocabulary.  Their courses are expressly and exclusively "Medical Spanish and Cultural Competency and Sensitivity Courses" whose materials are written and designed for the Health Care Professionals'  immediate practical application with their patients.
